What we collect

When you book, send an enquiry or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, booking dates and guest details, and anything you choose to tell us. Bookings and payments made through our booking engine are processed by our booking system (Smoobu) and its payment partners.

Why we use it

• To process and manage your booking or enquiry
• To communicate with you before, during and after your stay
• To answer questions about homes for sale
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your data. It is processed only by the services we use to run the business — our booking system (Smoobu), booking channels such as Airbnb and Booking.com where relevant, payment processors, our form provider (Web3Forms) and messaging platforms — and only as far as needed to serve you.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for your booking or enquiry and for our legal and accounting requirements, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta. Contact hello@rangelovproperties.mt to use any of these rights.
