We moved from Serbia to Malta over a decade ago for the same reasons many people consider it: the sun, a calmer pace, and a fresh start. We learned the island the hard way — the agents who never called back, the listings that looked nothing like the photos, the contracts that assumed you already knew how everything worked.

So we built what we wished we'd found. Today we host guests in apartments we know inside out, and sell a small number of homes directly. We look after every place ourselves, which is why the calendars are always right and why you get a real person when you message.

The booking platforms take around 15% of every stay, and that cost ends up in the price guests pay. That's why we built this site: book directly with us and you get the same live calendar — synced with Airbnb and Booking.com — at a lower price, because no platform is taking its cut.
